- The maximum waiting time after the arrival time to a transportation service or tour is 30 minutes.
- It is essential to be able to take the transportation service to present your printed confirmation voucher to the operator or tourist guide, along with an identification or passport.
- In case you do not locate the meeting point, please call the telephone in case of emergencies.
- In case of not locating the representative or any person of the company please contact the telephone in case of emergency.
- Child seats have additional charges, are not included in the price of transportation; If you need it, please specify it before traveling.
- To cancel the service, you must report at least 24 hours before the agreed date and 100% of the service or tour will be reimbursed.
- To cancel the service, you must report at least 12 hours before the agreed date and 50% will be reimbursed.
- If you do not show up for the date and time of the service or tour there will be NO refund.
- Schedules for service or tour activities may be altered according to weather conditions.
